I am guided by my sense of justice to advocate for what makes you feel your most authentic.

  • My Practice

I’m committed to placing anti-racism and social justice at the core of my work as a psychotherapist, I do not think therapy is effective otherwise. I’m interested in deconstructing the “should(s)” that affect daily life in our work. I want to help rewrite these rules to create a life that feels authentic for you. Together we will identify your definition of success, despite the systems that surround us.

I am passionate about rewriting the false narratives our capitalist society has entrenched us in. I provide queer, neurodivergent, and BIPOC affirming care because there is absolutely nothing you need to do or be to be deserving of love, belonging, and a safe space to be supported.

From my personal journey I bring with me knowledge of what it's like to be raised in a military family and live on base, to pursue an acting career, to be bullied as a teen, and what it's like to live paycheck to paycheck. I’m a late diagnosed ADHDer and am passionate about my work with fellow neurodivergent folks.

My white cis het female body also knows what it's like to benefit from the privilege of how I present in this society, and I bring this awareness to my work. Our lived experiences are vast and varied, but we choose who we tell our stories to. When we work together you get to decide how much more you may or may not want to know about me.

  • Values & Approach

I approach work with clients collaboratively, acknowledging that you are the expert of your own lived experiences. I want to meet you where you are to provide whole-person care that feels nonjudgmental and builds a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship. Together we we will craft a life you don’t want to runaway from.

It is important to me that my clients know as a therapist I am here to support them, but I am in no way an authority figure or expert, but rather a guide as we work together to build a life worth living, a life that feels authentic, and an empowered, embodied existence.

I value being a lifelong learner, knowing I have much to learn and unlearn. It is important to me to commit myself to never being complacent and always being curious so I can best serve my clients. I hold myself accountable to my personal and professional growth additionally to ensure I'm always approaching our work together with you at the center-- never a "one size fits all" approach.

  • Education

I earned my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles.

I've completed Level 1 of the Gottman Training Method for Couples, which I pursued because of my interest in how we relate to one another in all types of romantic and platonic relationships.

I additionally have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and have completed a residency in Women in Leadership.

My education prior to my therapist's journey includes a B.A. in Theatre and World Studies. I was also educated through my work in non profit theatres and (very for profit) acting classes.
